Tom Holland, the renowned actor known for his role as Spider-Man, recently delighted fans with a surprise appearance at a Bero pop-up event in Los Angeles. The star, who is also a co-founder of the non-alcoholic beer brand, made an unexpected visit to the Bero pop-up held at Cinespia’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood screening at the iconic Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

The event, which took place on Saturday, June 7, saw the 29-year-old actor personally serving fans at the bar, alongside brand ambassadors who offered Bero’s lineup of non-alcoholic beers. Among the offerings was the newest addition to the brand – the Double Tasty West Coast Style IPA, which joined the existing flavours of Noon Wheat, Edgy Hill Hazy IPA, and Kingston Golden Pils.
The Bero pop-up bar, decorated with vibrant orange, gold, and green balloons in line with Bero’s branding, attracted a large crowd of attendees eager to sample the non-alcoholic beverages. Holland, taking on the role of a bartender for the evening, ensured that everyone was taken care of before addressing the excited crowd.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the brand and the event, Holland shared, “This is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. I am here tonight representing Bero and we are launching our new Double Tasty West Coast IPA, so I could not be prouder to be launching that here, in the West Coast, in my second home.”
The actor encouraged attendees to enjoy the movie screening, expressing gratitude for the support and love shown. Fans cheered as Holland concluded his speech, saying, “Thank you so much! It’s Bero!”
The unveiling of the Double Tasty West Coast Style IPA occurred on June 1, following the brand’s initial launch in October 2024. Described as a bold, hop-forward addition to Bero’s portfolio, the new flavour pays homage to both Californian and British brewing traditions.
The Bero press release highlighted the beer’s roots, stating, “While the West Coast IPA is widely known for its Californian roots, its lineage traces back to Britain, where pale ales and IPAs first laid the groundwork for hop-centric brewing.”
The Once Upon a Time screening, hosted by Cinespia, Amazon MGM Studios, Prime Video and Wondery, provided a perfect backdrop for Holland to engage with fans and showcase the latest addition to the Bero family. The event marked a notable moment in the actor’s endeavour as a co-founder of the non-alcoholic beer brand.
Tom Holland’s appearance at the Bero pop-up in Los Angeles not only delighted fans but also highlighted his commitment to the brand and its innovative offerings. As a beloved figure in the entertainment industry, Holland’s presence added a touch of excitement to the event, leaving attendees with a memorable experience to cherish.
