Davis, who served as the medical director at the Pyramid Healthcare York Treatment Center and had a private practice focusing on addiction care in York, reportedly abused his position of trust. In a disturbing affidavit of probable cause, one patient recounted how Davis made lewd comments such as, “The broken ones are the easiest,” while pressuring her into sexual acts.
