The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office in Oregon has identified the remains of a missing kayaker, Marcelus Angelo Rodriguez, who vanished on the Willamette River. This announcement came as authorities also revealed that a total of eight bodies have been recovered from rivers in Multnomah County this spring.
