It is reported that students were asked to remove all their clothes after indicating if they were “shy or not shy,” followed by being measured with a tool on their upper thighs.

The criminal charges focus on two specific students who claim they were victims of the coach’s misconduct. One student, referred to as Ben, recounted instances of being molested by Thomas starting from the age of 13 in 2001 until his junior year. Another student, Charles, alleged similar abuse during his time at the school between 2017 and 2020, even after a fat-testing machine was purchased following complaints from another student. Shockingly, Charles claimed that Thomas showed signs of arousal during one of the incidents.

Despite denying the accusations and maintaining his innocence, Thomas is now facing trial after Judge Melanie Wilk Thunberg rejected his motion to dismiss the case. The trial commenced on April 1, with Thomas pleading not guilty to the charges. His attorney, John MacDonald, has yet to provide a statement in response to the allegations.
