Reality television star Dorothy Wang, known for her appearances on “Rich Kids of Beverly Hills” and “Bling Empire,” has opened up about her extensive beauty routine and her plans for looking glamorous during the delivery of her first child. Wang disclosed that she allocates between £8,000 to £12,000 every three months solely for her beauty maintenance. Her routine incorporates a variety of treatments, ensuring she consistently appears polished. “I mean, glam is expensive. I do everything quarterly; it includes those Russian manicures, which can be quite costly, but the results last longer,” she explained.

In terms of specific procedures, the star mentioned that her Botox treatments typically cost around £1,600 and are done quarterly. Currently, the only filler in her routine is for her lips, which she also manages at around £1,600. Additionally, she spends about £400 on her nails for both manicure and pedicure, while her hair care, which covers cuts, colour, and extensions, can reach approximately £1,200.
Despite the steep pricing of her ongoing beauty regimen, Wang feels that she has struck a better balance with her enhancements over time. “There was a phase in L.A. where it felt like you were returning for maintenance treatments out of sheer boredom, rather than necessity,” she remarked, suggesting that she has moved away from excess and is more content with minimalist enhancements.
Wang also shared experiences from the lead-up to her wedding to her husband, lawyer Brandon Yankowitz, which took place in October 2025. One notable treatment she tried was Sofwave, an FDA-approved non-invasive method reportedly using ultrasound technology for skin tightening. “It’s effective, albeit quite painful. Luckily, the doctor provided laughing gas during the procedure,” Wang recalled, noting the long-lasting results of her treatments.
In preparation for her big day, she also opted for tanning sessions twice a week. “That was a special wedding initiative. I wanted to avoid tan lines while sunbathing before the wedding,” she explained. This mix of modern beauty treatments and traditional practices highlights Wang’s commitment to her appearance.
Alongside her cosmetic procedures, Wang attributes part of her radiant look to her heritage and diet. “I believe my Chinese genetics play a key role—having high collagen content has its advantages. I’ve always had a fuller face, which tends to be beneficial as we age when others lose that volume,” she stated. To maintain her skin’s integrity, she emphasises a diet rich in protein, such as eggs and fish, and incorporates collagen supplements and bone broth into her routine.
Recently, she and Yankowitz announced they are expecting their first child, prompting a shift in priorities regarding her beauty preparations. Wang reflected on her evolving self-care habits during her pregnancy. “In my early months, I’ve definitely become a bit more relaxed about my appearance. I haven’t been blow-drying my hair like I used to,” she shared.
As she contemplates her delivery room look, Wang admits she may not go all out. “While I won’t go for a full glam look, a little effort, like a light hairstyle and some minimal makeup, could boost my spirits. Just a hint of blush can do wonders,” she concluded.
Wang’s insights into the interplay of beauty, health, and personal aesthetics resonate with many, particularly as she navigates the dual roles of celebrity and expectant mother. Her approach reflects a blend of luxury and practicality, sparking discussions on the norms of beauty and self-care in contemporary society.
