With both bride and groom being 27, they curated a celebration that captured the essence of autumn through a rich colour palette featuring deep reds, warm golds, and crisp whites. Taylor, an English native, expressed her vision for the wedding, saying, “Everything is very vintage, traditional romantic.” Their families travelled from various corners of the globe, including the United States, Europe, and Australia, to partake in this intimate yet grand celebration.

The couple anticipated a lively atmosphere, noting that their loved ones enjoy a good party. The festivities kicked off with a welcome party leading to the wedding day, which was filled with various pre-ceremony events. Taylor, who had long dreamt of this moment, meticulously planned the day herself, even arranging the red and white floral decorations.
To ensure everything proceeded smoothly, she hired a day-of coordinator, allowing her to fully immerse herself in the joyful celebrations. The wedding featured an array of live music, with a string trio performing during the ceremony, followed by a saxophonist and trumpeter duo during cocktail hour. A talented DJ took over for the evening reception, setting the tone for a night filled with music and dance. Notably, a heartfelt song written by Keith about Taylor accompanied their first dance.
The bride donned a stunning gown by Martina Liana as she made her entrance, gracefully walking down the aisle to the classic “Can’t Help Falling In Love” by Elvis Presley. The couple exchanged a blend of traditional and personalised vows, inspired by their habit of writing love letters to one another. Keith sported a custom tuxedo from BLU Fine Menswear, while both exchanged wedding bands that were custom-designed and symbolically blessed by their parents prior to the ceremony.
Officiating the wedding was their pastor, Bobby Duncan, who has been a significant figure in both their lives, having previously married Keith’s parents and baptised both Keith and Taylor. The wedding ceremony was marked by laughter and tears as the couple exchanged rings, with Keith opting for a unique yellow marquise diamond to honour Taylor, whose favourite colour is yellow.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed an array of lawn games, signature cocktails, and savoury light bites including tomato and mozzarella crostini and chicken skewers. As the celebrations transitioned into the reception, attendees took their seats at tables adorned with centrepieces crafted by the bride herself.
Dinner was a lavish affair featuring a four-course menu that began with Caesar salad, followed by apricot-glazed chicken, blackened catfish, roasted garlic and thyme mashed potatoes, and mixed seasoned vegetables. Dessert included slices from their extravagant five-tiered wedding cake, featuring a mix of flavours chosen by the couple, including red velvet, triple lemon, and chocolate caramel.
As the evening unfolded, Taylor changed into a second, more playful dress that was perfect for dancing, while the couple basked in the joy of the day. Reflecting on their union, Taylor remarked, “This marks the start of forever,” to which Keith affectionately replied, “Amen to that.”
The couple’s love story began with an unexpected connection facilitated by a mutual friend in Nashville, leading to a four-month period of getting to know each other over the phone before finally meeting in person. Keith proposed on 5 January after about a year of dating, having known from their first date that Taylor was the one.
With plans for the future firmly in mind, they spoke candidly about their hopes for a family. “I cannot wait to have as many babies as God gives us,” said Taylor, envisioning a life filled with love and legacy. Keith echoed this sentiment, joking that he envisioned himself alongside her, watching their grandchildren play in the yard.
As they embark on this new chapter, the couple is eager to build a life together, grounded in love and full of shared dreams. The wedding may have been a celebration of their love, but for Keith and Taylor, it was only the beginning of their journey together.
