The FDNY Calendar of Heroes is making a hot return for 2026 after a three-year hiatus. The calendar showcases some of the FDNY’s first responders who epitomise peak fitness, resilience, and strength, as announced by the FDNY Foundation. The foundation’s chairman, Matthew J. DiLiberto, expressed his excitement about the calendar’s revival, stating that it has already received a tremendous response from the public.
FDNY Commissioner Robert S. Tucker also shared his enthusiasm for the return of the FDNY Calendar of Heroes, highlighting how it will showcase the best and bravest members of the department. The calendar serves as a fundraising opportunity for the FDNY Foundation, supporting its critical mission. According to the FDNY Foundation, the calendars will be available for a $25 donation, with all proceeds going back to the organisation. Mines, a 14-year veteran of FDNY’s Engine Co. 60 in the South Bronx, made her mark during Women’s History Month.
