In a candid video shared with her followers, influencer Allison Kuch recently discussed her ongoing battle with the results of her nose surgeries, adding to the conversation about the pressure many face concerning their appearance. The 31-year-old took to TikTok to reveal the complications stemming from her prior procedures, describing her nose as “literally falling off to one side.”

Kuch, who has undergone four rhinoplasty surgeries, has been open about her experiences, including the initial injuries that led to her first surgery. In a YouTube video dating back to July 2020, she expressed her longing to regain her original nose, stating, “I just wish I could have my own God-given nose back.” This vulnerability resonates with many of her followers who may struggle with body image and the impact of cosmetic surgery.
In her recent TikTok post, Kuch addressed comments suggesting that her nose looked acceptable. “You don’t need a nose job, your nose looks great,” she recalled hearing, to which she replied, “Are we looking at the same person?” The influencer went on to show the underside of her nose to emphasise her dissatisfaction with its appearance. Viewers could see her frustration, drawing attention to the visible asymmetry. “You can’t look at that and be like, ‘She’s straight,’” she insisted.
As part of her narrative, Kuch also joked about the comparisons being made between her own nose and that of her five-month-old daughter, Pepper Jo. “She has your nose!!” some comments read, to which she quipped, “unless my five-month-old went through four rhinoplasties, no she does not,” illustrating her awareness of the unrealistic expectations placed on both her and her child.
Kuch’s journey began after a car accident in 2007 when she first sustained a broken nose. Despite seeking treatment for her injuries, the issue with her nasal structure remained unresolved. After breaking her nose again in 2010, she learned from an ENT specialist that surgery was the most effective approach to correct her “crooked zig-zag” appearance.
Reflecting on her decision to undergo surgery, Kuch noted the appeal it held for her—“you come out looking great, and then that’s it for the rest of your life.” Following her first surgery, however, she was disappointed with the outcome, especially after noticing the tip of her nose becoming misaligned. This concern led her to undergo a revision surgery in high school.
Unfortunately, the swelling from this procedure did not subside as she had hoped, exacerbating her insecurities during a time when she also faced “severe cystic acne.” With her confidence further shaken, Kuch sought additional medical opinions. Despite being satisfied with the results of her third surgery initially, she later noticed a bump forming on her nose, prompting her to consider yet another procedure.
By the time she filmed another video in July 2020, Kuch revealed her contemplation of a fifth surgery due to ongoing dissatisfaction with her nose. “I’m so f—ing scared out of my mind because I just want this part of my life to be over,” she confided, exhibiting her emotional toll and desire to be free from the cycle of surgeries.
Through her struggles, Kuch has drawn attention to the complex relationship individuals often have with cosmetic surgery and societal standards of beauty. Her openness encourages discussions about the pressures of appearance that many influencers, especially women, face in the digital age.
As Kuch shares her experiences, she resonates with countless individuals who may not feel comfortable in their own skin—empowering them to embrace their imperfections while highlighting the need for realistic conversations surrounding aesthetic procedures.
