The criminal complaint reveals that Peters is accused of pressuring a 17-year-old girl to consume alcohol and falsely claim she was 18 years old during a Twitch livestream. The young woman alleges that Peters urged her to pretend that vodka was water to avoid any repercussions for his streaming account.
The incident reportedly occurred on May 23, 2025, when Peters invited the teenager to his family’s home, arranging for an Uber to bring her there. Based on the complaint, this invitation followed a week of messaging on Instagram, during which the alleged victim had been paid by Peters to create content related to a trend called “looksmaxxing”—a social media phenomenon focused on enhancing physical attractiveness.
Upon her arrival, Peters’ family greeted the young woman before he took her to his bedroom, where they continued livestreaming. The complaint indicates that Peters was aware of the girl’s age yet still directed her to lie about it. The alleged victim reported feeling pressured into drinking alcohol during the livestream, eventually becoming inebriated to the point where she declined further offers of alcohol.
According to police reports, clips from the livestream show Peters shirtless as the girl acknowledges her drunken state, leading to a brief kiss between the two. However, the situation escalated after the streaming concluded, with the victim waking to find Peters allegedly engaging in sexual activity with her without consent.
