Meeting on the set of “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” eight years ago, Foster reflected on the deep bond he shares with Fagerbakke. He expressed that their commitment as partners remained unchanged, despite their newfound status as a married couple. Foster remarked, “Nothing’s really changed,” except for a heightened sense of happiness brought on by their recent union.

During the interview, held at the Luckman Club at Soho House in West Hollywood, Foster elaborated on their relationship, saying, “We’ve been together for eight years… If anything, we’re just happier because we’ve got this beautiful jewellery on and we’ve made this incredible commitment to each other.” He emphasised that the wedding was not merely a formality but a celebration of their longstanding relationship.

The couple are still revelling in the joy of their wedding experience, describing it as “so cool” and even better than they had anticipated. Foster noted, “You always think, ‘Oh man, it’s not going to live up to my expectation.’ And then it does.” Their wedding exceeded their hopes, marking a milestone that was truly special to both.
The celebration brought together around 90 guests, including significant figures from their lives. Notably, Carson’s father, Bill Fagerbakke, is best known for voicing the beloved character Patrick Star from *SpongeBob SquarePants*. The ceremony was officiated by Carson’s sister, Hannah Royce, adding a personal touch that made the occasion even more intimate.
Foster and Fagerbakke had envisioned a grand yet warm celebration, sharing that they wanted an “unforgettable celebration with friends and family in a stunning and historic location.” Their goal was to create an atmosphere that felt “classy, moody and cinematic.” Looking back on the day, Foster expressed his excitement about celebrating with loved ones, stating, “We were so excited to celebrate with our friends and family and see them all dressed up and together under one roof,” with Fagerbakke joyfully adding, “It was the best celebration ever.”
As they embark on this new chapter together, the newlyweds shared their dreams for the future. While their lives and commitments have taken on new meaning since their wedding, both continue to focus on their careers and maintain their strong partnership.
All six episodes of the couple’s Hallmark+ limited series, “Paris Is Always a Good Idea,” are available for streaming, showcasing their professional collaboration as well as their personal connection.
Foster and Fagerbakke’s wedding celebrates not just their love story but also a journey built on a solid foundation of mutual respect and admiration. As they navigate their new life as husband and wife, it is evident that their shared experiences and deep commitment to one another will continue to guide them in the years to come.
