A 53-year-old man has been charged with burglary and felony retail theft following an incident that occurred at a Macy’s store in downtown Chicago. Roy Pughsley was reportedly apprehended weeks after he allegedly broke into the store and spent the night, during which he stole clothing and food items.

According to authorities, the incident took place on June 28, when Pughsley is said to have entered the Macy’s located on State Street.
