Initially reported by various outlets, including the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and TMZ, Tenisha filed her lawsuit in Georgia’s DeKalb County Superior Court. Key to the case are allegations regarding a premarital agreement that Malcolm had signed in May 2022, which included provisions for a $1 million life insurance policy naming Tenisha as the sole beneficiary.
