A tragic incident unfolded on Monday, July 20, when a man in his thirties lost his life while trying to rescue one of his teenage nephews from drowning in the Columbia River, near Fairview, Oregon. Despite their efforts, they were unable to locate the man in the immediate aftermath of his disappearance.
