The Peoria Unified School District is currently under investigation following serious allegations against a former teacher, Haley Beck, aged 27, who is accused of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a student. Beck, who is also the sister of well-known influencer Noah Beck, was dismissed from her teaching position at Centennial High School in April after an internal inquiry suggested she had groomed a student and had a sexual relationship with him.

On 6 July, law enforcement executed a search warrant at the Peoria Unified School District as part of the ongoing investigation. According to a police spokesperson, the purpose of the search was to secure materials deemed relevant to the case involving Beck. The spokesperson clarified that the execution of a search warrant should not be considered an implication of wrongdoing by any individual or organisation.

A representative of the school district confirmed that all staff members complied with the authorities during the search operation, which took place at both the District Administration Centre and Cholla Annex. They noted that police completed their examination on 9 July and expressed full cooperation with the investigation.

This recent search followed an earlier operation on 5 June, during which the district provided police with key documents, including a statement of charges against Beck, along with notes and a redacted police report. The investigation also involves another teacher, Angela Burlaka, who has been accused of sending sexually explicit videos to a minor student.
The internal report regarding Beck’s conduct highlights the gravity of the situation. It alleges that she offered oral sex to a former student and even proposed buying him tequila. The report cited over 4,000 text messages exchanged between the two from late June to early August 2025 and included a comprehensive 194-page document prepared by the Peoria Police Department.
Beck’s legal representative has firmly stated that she has “committed no crimes” in connection with the allegations. However, the case remains under review by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, which is assessing a recommendation presented by the police regarding a potential pandering charge against her.
The allegations have not only affected Beck, but further scrutiny has fallen on her mother, Amy Beck, a teacher at Coyote Hills Elementary School. A video from 2020 featuring Amy has resurfaced, where she is seen mimicking a sexual act involving her son, Noah. The video, which emerged online earlier this year, led the school district to place her on paid administrative leave while they conducted their own investigation. Following the review, Amy returned to work shortly thereafter with the district stating that their concerns had been properly addressed.
Noah Beck, who boasts a significant following of over 40 million across social media platforms, is expected to feature in the upcoming Fox reboot of the popular series Baywatch. The situation involving his family has drawn considerable public attention, although neither Noah, Amy, nor Haley Beck have responded to media requests for comments regarding the ongoing investigations.
As the investigation unfolds, the Peoria community remains on high alert, and discussions about the alarming allegations have intensified locally. This case has raised significant concerns surrounding the safety and well-being of students in educational institutions, prompting a broader examination of the protocols in place to prevent such occurrences.
In light of the serious nature of these allegations, authorities are urging anyone who has experienced similar situations or knows of victims of sexual abuse to seek help immediately.
