In a chilling incident of road rage, a man opened fire on two individuals, a 15-year-old boy and a 20-year-old woman, in Philadelphia. The unsettling event took place at the intersection of 42nd and Girard Ave. The suspect, described as a male aged between 40 to 45 years old, was driving a silver 2016 or 2017 Honda Civic when the aggressive altercation transpired, leading to a violent shooting.

The Philadelphia Police Department revealed that the man shot at the two victims during the road rage incident. The 15-year-old boy sustained a gunshot wound in his left arm, while the 20-year-old woman received a graze wound on her chest. Both victims were swiftly transported to medical facilities for treatment. The boy was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, and the woman arrived at Lankenau Medical Center in a private vehicle.

Despite the traumatic ordeal, both victims are reported to be in stable condition. However, the identities of the victims have not been disclosed to the public at this time. Law enforcement authorities highlighted that no arrests have been made in connection with the case, and no weapons have been recovered thus far, leaving the perpetrator at large.

Surveillance footage from various cameras in the vicinity captured the unfolding of the terrifying event. One particular angle shows the suspect leaning out of his car window, engaging in what seems to be a heated exchange with a black vehicle alongside him. The tension escalates as the cars come to a stoplight, where the perpetrator is seen discharging his firearm from his vehicle before swiftly driving away.

The suspect’s vehicle has distinctive features, including evident body damage to its front quarter panels, a missing passenger side front hub cap, and a white vanity tag on the front bumper. Authorities urge the public to avoid confronting the suspect if spotted and instead immediately contact emergency services by dialing 911.
