The Cocke County Sheriff’s Office issued a bulletin on May 20 to alert the public and seek assistance in locating Pellasma. Pellasma is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with blue eyes and a bald head. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black motorcycle jacket featuring red stitching along with grey and white motorcycle pants.
