Kylie Jenner, the reality television star and entrepreneur, faces a lawsuit from a former housekeeper who alleges serious workplace harassment and discrimination during her employment. Angelica Vazquez filed legal action against Jenner, alongside two companies, Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services, claiming a hostile work environment at Jenner’s Hidden Hills residence from September 2024 to August 2025.

According to the lawsuit, Vazquez reports that she was subjected to “hostility and exclusion” from the outset. The complaint suggests that her treatment included unfavourable assignments and public humiliation related to her race, national origin, and religion. Although Jenner is named as a defendant, the legal documents do not specifically accuse her of any direct wrongdoing.

Vazquez, a Salvadoran immigrant and practicing Catholic, describes a deeply troubling atmosphere characterised by what she terms “severe and pervasive harassment.” The allegations include derogatory remarks made about her religion and immigration status, contributing to what she labels a “toxic and abusive work environment.”
The complaint details a pattern of behaviour from fellow employees and the head housekeeper that purportedly saw Vazquez routinely assigned the most difficult tasks. She claims that, rather than being included as part of the team, she was often isolated, belittled publicly, and subject to intimidation, creating a challenging work atmosphere from the very start.
As the situation at work escalated, Vazquez indicates that corrective actions were not taken when she raised concerns. Instead, she asserts that her complaints were often dismissed, mocked, or ignored completely. The claims go on to suggest that by March 2025, a particular incident involving a supervisor throwing hangers at her feet further exacerbated her already stressful work conditions.
Citing her mental health, Vazquez states that the alleged treatment caused her to develop symptoms of anxiety, severe stress, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She reports a notable decline in her well-being which led her to take medical leave in July 2025. Ultimately, she felt compelled to resign the following month due to what she describes as intolerable working conditions.
The lawsuit seeks punitive damages as well as restitution for unpaid wages, meal and rest period compensations, unreimbursed business expenses, and unpaid sick leave. This legal battle raises questions about workplace practices and employee treatment, particularly in high-profile households.
A spokesperson for Jenner has yet to provide a response to the claims made in the suit. Meanwhile, Tri Star Services has also been approached for comment regarding the allegations.
As the legal proceedings unfold, this case may shine a light on broader issues concerning workplace equity and the treatment of employees within the high-stakes environment of celebrity households. It highlights the necessity for strict enforcement of workplace policies and the need for protections against discrimination and harassment in all job sectors.
