Body Pulled from Harbor Identified as Man Who Disappeared Over a Week Ago After Night out with Friends

Authorities in Baltimore have confirmed that human remains recovered from the Inner Harbor belong to Branson Oduor, a 27-year-old man who went missing earlier this month.
