Jody Glidden, ex-partner of Lisa Hochstein, has been arrested in connection with a serious felony offence. Court documents indicate that Glidden, a notable figure owing to his appearances on the Bravo reality show, was taken into custody in Miami, Florida, on 12 April. He faces charges of one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications, a felony under state law.
Following his arrest, Glidden promptly entered a plea of not guilty to the charges and requested a jury trial. It has been reported that he waived his right to appear personally at his upcoming arraignment. Glidden was released shortly after his arrest on a $5,000 bond.

Interestingly, Glidden and Hochstein had previously been co-defendants in a related legal filing from 19 March. However, it should be noted that there is no current indication that Hochstein has been arrested or charged in relation to this case. The March filing alleged that both Glidden and Hochstein had unlawfully intercepted conversations involving Hochstein’s ex-husband, Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein.
According to the documents, the alleged interception occurred during a specified period between 12 and 31 March 2023. The filing stated that both individuals “did unlawfully and intentionally intercept, endeavor to intercept, or procure another person to intercept or endeavour to intercept… oral statements by Leonard Hochstein” and the parties he was communicating with.
As of 20 March, subsequent court records suggest that both cases associated with this matter may have been marked as closed, with Glidden’s situation being assigned a new case number following his arrest on 12 April. When approached for clarification regarding Lisa Hochstein’s involvement, a spokesperson for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office stated that the materials pertaining to Glidden’s arrest had not yet been made public.
The circumstances surrounding these charges are entwined with a highly contentious divorce proceeding which Lisa Hochstein has been navigating since her spilt from Lenny Hochstein. The divorce, which was finalised in November 2024 after a protracted legal battle initiated by Lenny in May 2022, was marked by accusations from Lisa of being “financially strangled.”
During the divorce proceedings, Lenny’s then-girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, sought a restraining order against Lisa, although this order was eventually dismissed. The divorce settlement mandated that Lenny pays Lisa $15,000 monthly for their two children, and an additional $10,000 for their daughter once their son turns 18.
Lisa confirmed her relationship with Glidden in February 2023, describing him as someone who offered her motivation and support, in contrast to her previous relationship. However, the dynamics of their relationship have come under scrutiny, particularly during the recent season of “The Real Housewives of Miami,” which began airing in June 2025.
In an episode of the reality show, cast member Larsa Pippen expressed concerns to Hochstein regarding Glidden, suggesting that he was “using” her. This dramatic exchange highlighted the doubts about Glidden’s intentions in the relationship while also portraying Hochstein’s affection towards him.
Although speculation about the future of Hochstein and Glidden’s relationship has arisen, particularly following Lisa’s social media activity in January 2026 hinting at new beginnings, official confirmation regarding their status remains unclear at this time.
As the legal proceedings unfold, both Hochstein and Glidden’s legal representatives maintain that the matters should be resolved outside of criminal court, emphasising the complexities tied to their ongoing divorce issues. The handling of this case is being closely monitored given its implications for all parties involved.
With further developments expected, this scenario serves as a reminder of the intricacies involved in high-profile personal relationships, especially those that intersect with the legal system and public scrutiny.
