Brazilian influencer Juliana Oliveira, widely known as Juju do Pix, is once again in the spotlight as she undergoes breast surgery, under the care of renowned surgeon Dr. Thiago Marra. This latest procedure comes on the heels of a previous surgery, which was conducted to address facial injuries allegedly caused by mineral oil.

Dr. Marra shared his insights on Oliveira’s current recovery through an Instagram update posted on 18th March. In his message, he emphasised that her progress was “developing perfectly,” although he reminded followers that the ultimate transformation would take several months to fully manifest. He estimated that the complete results of the breast augmentation procedure would be evident in three to six months.
In accompanying footage, Oliveira can be seen resting in a hospital bed, dressed in bright yellow shorts while covered in bandages over her surgical wounds. Another clip provides a glimpse of her adhering to postoperative care, where she is shown wearing a support bra.
The surgeon revealed that Oliveira is currently receiving medication to manage pain and nausea, along with antibiotics. He stressed the importance of these medications in ensuring a secure and smooth recovery process.
Dr. Marra’s connection with Oliveira dates back to a challenging chapter in her life, when she sought his expertise to treat significant facial injuries. In November 2025, he disclosed that these injuries had resulted from a mineral oil incident which left her with severe deformities, severely affecting her self-esteem and overall quality of life. While the circumstances surrounding the incident remain vague, it is well-documented that she has endured bullying, harassment, and digital crime as a result of her altered appearance.
Following the reconstructive surgery, Dr. Marra expressed optimism regarding Oliveira’s recovery. He posted a series of before-and-after images that showcased her improvement, outlining that her scars were healing well and there were no signs of necrosis or infection. “Everything is progressing safely and positively, even though it was a complex surgery,” he commented, reflecting his commitment to her ongoing treatment.
Dr. Marra indicated that additional procedures may be necessary as part of Oliveira’s journey towards complete healing. He remains dedicated to providing the comprehensive care she requires to address the ramifications of her earlier trauma.
