Candice King and Steven Krueger have officially tied the knot, opting for an intimate ceremony at The Chapel at High Point Farm in Tennessee this February. Their wedding was a departure from their original plans for a larger celebration, initially set for fall 2026, which they altered upon discovering they were expecting their first child together.

King, who is 38, and Krueger, 36, are widely recognised for their roles as human-turned-vampires in the popular CW series, *The Vampire Diaries* and its spinoff, *The Originals*. The couple’s decision to elope was influenced by the news of King’s pregnancy. She is already a mother to two daughters, Florence and Josephine, from her previous marriage to Joe King, guitarist for the band The Fray.
“We decided to have a small elopement weekend in Nashville with just our immediate families, saving the bigger celebration for sometime next year,” Krueger explained in an interview with Vogue.
