According to local law enforcement, the accident took place at approximately 5 p.m. on Swamp Rose Drive, where a group of children were riding in a golf cart. As the driver attempted to make a left turn, Julia fell from the moving vehicle. Despite efforts to resuscitate her, she was transported to a nearby hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
Rooney was well-known within her community for her dedication to cheerleading, having devoted extensive hours to both practice and performances.
