Promoted by Live Nation, the tour promises to be an extraordinary celebration of empowerment and sisterhood, showcasing the enduring legacy of three groups that shaped the soundscape of hip-hop and R&B. The announcement has generated significant buzz, particularly as all three groups are scheduled to perform together for the first time at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 26, which will air on FOX.

The line-up includes TLC, the best-selling American girl group of all time, known for their transformative hits including “No Scrubs,” “Waterfalls,” and “Creep.” Joining them are Salt-N-Pepa, whose chart-topping tracks such as “Push It,” “Shoop,” and “Whatta Man” broke barriers in the male-dominated music industry. En Vogue adds to the ensemble with their powerful anthems like “My Lovin’ (You’re Never Gonna Get It),” “Free Your Mind,” and “Don’t Let Go (Love).”
Salt-N-Pepa’s Sandra “Pepa” Denton expressed her excitement in a video interview, stating, “It’s going to be so much for them. Overwhelming almost. All the music that’s going to be played? It’s like, ‘Oh my God! Oh my God! OH MY GOD!’” Her colleague, Cheryl “Salt” James, echoed this sentiment, branding the upcoming tour as potentially the most enjoyable experience of her career and an embodiment of “queen power” that celebrates their achievements.
The camaraderie among the groups extends beyond merely sharing the stage. En Vogue’s Terry Ellis remarked on the significance of their collaboration, calling it a “cultural olympian” experience. She emphasised that each group represents resilience and empowerment, declaring, “They’re legends,” while Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas of TLC insisted, “We’re all legends!”
Tickets for the tour will become available for pre-sale from March 24, with general sales commencing on March 26 at 10 a.m. local time through LiveNation.com. The tour is expected to take audiences on a journey across notable cities, starting in Franklin, Tennessee, with additional stops planned in major urban centres such as Chicago, Toronto, Atlanta, and Las Vegas, ultimately concluding on October 11 in Concord, California.
For avid fans, VIP packages are on offer, which include exclusive meet-and-greet opportunities with Salt-N-Pepa and En Vogue, premium seating options, and special merchandise linked to TLC, catering to those eager to enhance their concert experience.
TLC, comprised of Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Thomas, has amassed over 85 million record sales worldwide, earning multiple Grammy awards over their three-decade career. They have built a cultural legacy that continues to resonate while honouring the memory of their late member, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, who tragically passed away in 2002.
On the other hand, Salt-N-Pepa has played a pivotal role in reshaping the hip-hop landscape. As one of the first all-female rap groups to achieve mainstream success, their contributions have been duly recognised with induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, further solidifying their place in music history.
En Vogue has also made its mark as one of the most successful vocal ensembles in modern music, with over 20 million records sold globally. Their distinct style and remarkable harmonies have been instrumental in elevating the standards of contemporary R&B.
As the “It’s Iconic” tour approaches, anticipation continues to build, promising an unforgettable celebration of female empowerment and a fantastic musical experience that fans of all ages will not want to miss.
