Baby Killed, Mother Critically Injured After Grandfather Under the Influence Crashes Private Ambulance, Police Say

District Attorney Larry Krasner released a statement on Sunday evening clarifying that while police have prepared a case, it has not yet been presented to the District Attorney’s Office. “A PPD request for charges has not been submitted to the DAO at this time. While PPD’s and our forensic and investigative process may take some time, we are committed to a fair, appropriate and just outcome,” the statement read.
