Tennis star Aryna Sabalenka is officially engaged to Brazilian entrepreneur Georgios Frangulis following a romantic proposal in March 2026. This significant milestone comes after the couple spent two years together, having first been seen in public in April 2024, shortly after a difficult period in Sabalenka’s life marked by the loss of her former partner, Konstantin Koltsov.

During an emotional time, following Koltsov’s tragic death by suicide in March 2024, Frangulis emerged as a critical support system for Sabalenka. In an interview with PEOPLE in August 2024, Sabalenka reflected on her relationship with Frangulis, emphasising how he helped her navigate through her grief. “There was a really tough period where I was really happy to have him by my side, always cheering me up,” she recalled.

He eventually established Oakberry, a brand specialising in superfoods with a focus on açaí products, in December 2016. In an interview with Forbes Brazil in June 2023, Frangulis expressed his connection to his Brazilian roots, explaining the cultural significance of açaí berries. “Açaí only exists because of the subsistence culture of riverside communities in the Amazon Rainforest,” he stated.
