The highlight of the new lineup is the premium chai offerings, featuring a blend of black tea infused with spices such as cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and ginger, alongside a hint of honey. These reimagined chai drinks will allow customers to adjust both sweetness and spice levels to suit their personal taste. Additionally, patrons can customise their beverages further by adding flavoured syrups like vanilla, brown sugar, or cinnamon dolce.

In an innovative twist, Starbucks is introducing a new toasted coconut syrup, complemented by a toasted coconut cold foam, which will be included in two beverages. The Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew combines cold brew coffee with a coconut-flavoured cold foam, while the Toasted Coconut Latte, available both hot and iced, blends the syrup with Starbucks’ signature espresso and milk.
Another notable addition to the spring menu is the Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato, marking ube’s debut across Starbucks locations nationwide. This drink features layers of toasted coconut and milk, enhanced with shots of espresso served over ice. It is topped with a luxurious ube coconut cream cold foam and garnished with toasted coconut flakes, creating a visually appealing and delicious beverage. The ube coconut cream cold foam will also be available as a customisation option for select iced drinks for a limited time, while supplies last.
Lavender returns to the Starbucks menu with the introduction of the Iced Lavender Cream Chai. This delightful beverage combines chai spices with milk served over ice, finished with a generous layer of lavender cream cold foam. Fans of floral flavours will also be pleased to see the return of the popular Iced Lavender Cream Matcha, alongside a new Iced Mango Cream Matcha, which will be launched later in the spring.
An early preview of three of the new offerings provided insights into their flavour profiles. The Iced Lavender Cream Chai was praised for its harmonious blend of floral notes and warm spices, reminiscent of last year’s Iced Cherry Chai, which enjoyed considerable popularity. The Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew was lauded for its smooth texture and flavourful profile, while the Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato emerged as a standout, thanks to its unique mix of nutty and sweet vanilla flavours.
In addition to the spring menu, Starbucks has announced the upcoming launch of a new grab-and-go protein coffee line. Starting 23 March, bottled Starbucks Coffee & Protein will hit grocery store shelves, offering two flavours: Classic Caffé and Caffé Mocha. Each bottle, priced at £4, aims to provide a convenient caffeine boost packed with protein for on-the-go consumers.
As Starbucks embraces the arrival of spring, customers can eagerly anticipate these bright and refreshing new offerings designed to enliven their coffee experience. With a focus on both innovation and flavour, the latest additions to Starbucks’ menu demonstrate the company’s commitment to providing diverse and exciting options for its clientele. Whether through the indulgent blends of the ube and toasted coconut drinks or the aromatic notes of the lavender creations, there is no shortage of variety for coffee enthusiasts to explore this season.
