Baby Giraffe Engages in Adorably Intense Staring Contest with Neighboring Ostrich at Memphis Zoo

In an endearing interaction that has captivated animal lovers, a baby giraffe named Rahisi recently met his neighbour, a curious ostrich, at the Memphis Zoo. The zoo shared an engaging video of the two animals during what appeared to be a spirited staring contest, highlighting an unexpected yet charming friendship between species.

The footage, which was posted on Instagram by the zoo on 18th February, shows Rahisi intently gazing at the ostrich from opposite sides of a metal fence. Rahisi, born on 17th November, is still adjusting to his surroundings after his public debut at the zoo just five days after his birth.
