Sarah Bock, one of the stars of the hit series ‘Severance’, recently opened up about her experience working alongside Adam Scott, revealing a side of the actor that many may not have seen before. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Bock described Scott as “such a Dad” on set, exuding warmth and kindness that mirrored his character off-camera.

Bock, who portrays the enigmatic Miss Huang in the second season of ‘Severance’, shared anecdotes about Scott’s paternal instincts during filming. Despite his on-screen persona often leaning towards the antagonistic, particularly in his role on ‘The Good Place’, Bock emphasised how Scott’s real-life demeanour was the complete opposite. She remarked, “He’s very nerdy and humble and a very amazing person.”

The 51-year-old actor, who is a father of two, was known for always carrying around a bag of snacks on set and engaging in word games on his phone, sent by his daughter. As a freshman at Northwestern University, Bock admitted to feeling nervous when meeting Scott, citing ‘The Good Place’ as her favourite TV show.
