Keelan Harvick, the son of renowned NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick, is set to embark on his own racing career following a significant development deal with Toyota Racing Development. The announcement, made on February 23, marks a promising beginning for the 13-year-old, who has already made a name for himself as the youngest driver to secure victories in several races.

The new partnership with Toyota Racing Development is designed to support Keelan’s growth as a racer while providing him opportunities to compete in various late model races beginning in the 2026 motorsports season. He will be driving a Toyota Camry and will count ExxonMobil among his sponsors. In a statement expressing his gratitude, Keelan remarked, “I’m really grateful to have this kind of opportunity with Toyota Racing Development. To have their support and be able to represent ExxonMobil, it doesn’t get much better.”
Despite being so young, Keelan has already showcased his talent on the racetrack. In December 2025, he achieved the distinction of being the youngest ever winner at the Snowflake 125 event at Five Flags Speedway. Furthermore, in February 2026, he clinched another title as the youngest victor at Florence Motor Speedway’s Icebreaker. In addition to his alignment with Toyota, Keelan will also collaborate with RACKLEY W.A.R. and his father’s own team, Kevin Harvick, Inc., during the upcoming 2026 racing season. Kevin Harvick, who has an illustrious career in NASCAR spanning 23 seasons, retired in 2023 after winning 60 races in the Cup Series and capturing the championship in 2014.
Moreover, Keelan’s rising status in the racing community has been highlighted by his recent inclusion in Fox Sports’ rankings of the top 20 young talents in the sport, where he achieved the remarkable feat of being ranked number 12.
Expressing his enthusiasm regarding his collaboration with Toyota, Keelan stated, “They win a lot, and I want to be with an organization that wins.” His comments reflect a clear ambition to follow in his father’s successful footsteps, albeit with the understanding that full participation in national NASCAR races will not be possible until he reaches the age of 16.
Kevin Harvick, whilst not having raced for Toyota during his career, has shared his thoughts on his son’s new partnership. “We’ve concentrated a lot on development and have a theory on how it should go,” he remarked, adding that he felt Toyota’s approach aligned well with their development strategy.
