One of her timeless traditions is using the Elf on the Shelf concept, where her children write their wishlist on special shrinking paper which is then taken away by elves to Santa. Dewan emphasised the importance of trying to fulfil her children’s main wishes within reason, ensuring a magical holiday experience for them.
Apart from creating magical holiday moments, Dewan is also passionate about giving back to the community. She instils values of charity in her children, especially in her eldest daughter Everly, who is now beginning to appreciate the significance of helping others in need.
Dewan expressed how important it is for her to involve her kids in charitable activities. She shared that they select families through Baby2Baby to shop for their Christmas lists, with Everly taking particular joy in picking out items that she believes would bring happiness to others.
