A man has been accused of carrying out a horrific act of terrorism by setting a woman on fire aboard a train in Chicago. Lawrence Reed, a Chicago resident, has been charged with committing a terrorist attack against a mass transportation system, as confirmed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Illinois on Wednesday, Nov. 19.
