In a thrilling turn of events at the 2025 SAG Awards, Martin Short clinched the award for the outstanding male actor in a comedy series. The prestigious accolade was bestowed onto Short for his impeccable portrayal of Oliver Putnam in the acclaimed series, “Only Murders in the Building,” at the illustrious Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 23.
Short’s remarkable win marked his third individual SAG Award nomination for his role in “Only Murders in the Building,” and remarkably, it was his debut victory.
