Rachel Bush, the wife of Buffalo Bills player Jordan Poyer, took the reins this year to host the team’s annual Halloween party, adding a wild western twist to the celebration. Previous hosts of the event included Bills quarterback Josh Allen and his wife, actress Hailee Steinfeld, but due to work commitments, Bush and Poyer were entrusted with carrying on the Halloween tradition. The couple went all out to create a western-themed extravaganza, complete with authentic props and decorations to transform the party venue into ‘Poyer’s Saloon’.

According to Bush, meticulous planning went into every detail of the spooky season soirée, taking over a month to bring everything together. From gold coins to dynamite and cigars, the decorations aimed to transport guests to an old-fashioned western setting. The Buffalo Bills’ Halloween party in 2025 featured a mechanical bull, fun-filled games, and a full bar offering a range of themed cocktails at ‘Poyer’s Saloon’. Players and their partners ditched their usual NFL attire for creative costumes, letting their imaginations run wild for the night.
The entryway to the party was decked out with ‘Wanted’ posters featuring each Buffalo Bills teammate, setting the stage for a memorable evening at the saloon-themed bash. A photobooth allowed partygoers to capture their festive outfits, with notable appearances from a mix of characters ranging from Peaky Blinders cast members to Toy Story favourites. Bush, staying true to the theme, donned a stylish cowgirl ensemble while showcasing team colours in her attire.

Guests were treated to a variety of games at the Halloween party, including tin can knockdown, lasso throwing, and ring toss to keep the entertainment flowing. Prizes up for grabs included luxury items like a Louis Vuitton Bag in Buffalo Bills blue, Dolce & Gabbana leather gloves, and a private dinner with a personal chef. The competition for the best costume was fierce, with standout winners DeWayne and Amanda Carter stealing the show in their Shrek and Fiona outfits.
The festive atmosphere was enhanced by a curated cocktail menu, an open bar, and creative drink presentations featuring mini bottles topped with cowboy hats and chocolate Jell-O shots. The mechanical bull proved to be a hit among guests, with a plastic gold trophy awarded for the ‘longest ride’ on the bull. Outside, the party continued with lit fire pits creating a cosy ‘Yellowstone vibe’ for attendees to enjoy.
With the Buffalo Bills’ Halloween party marking a successful celebration of the spooky season, Rachel Bush’s dedication to hosting a memorable event shone through in every detail. The unique western theme brought a fresh twist to the annual gathering, showcasing the team’s camaraderie both on and off the field. As the night drew to a close, guests left with cherished memories of a Halloween party to remember, courtesy of the creative vision and meticulous planning of Rachel Bush and Jordan Poyer.
