Javid emphasised her primary role in caring for their son, stating, “I have been the parent primarily involved in the caregiving and overall needs of our minor son.” She highlighted her flexibility in managing her work hours to prioritize their son’s care, acknowledging Feight’s involvement in their child’s life and expressing willingness to collaborate for his benefit.

Regarding travel arrangements, Javid requested that Feight obtain written permission or a court order before taking their child out of California or the United States. The filing also mentioned an impending submission concerning finances and community property, to be determined at a later date.

A court hearing for the divorce proceedings has been scheduled for December, with mediation sessions mandated to address custody and visitation agreements. Javid and Feight, who met on Tinder and got engaged in 2015 before exchanging vows in April 2018, welcomed their son Shams in April 2019.
