Former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez has been discharged from the hospital and booked into jail following a stabbing incident in Indianapolis on October 4th. According to Fox 59, Sanchez was booked at Marion County Jail for fingerprinting and to have his mugshot taken as per the judge’s orders before leaving Indiana. He was seen leaving the jail in a video obtained by Max Lewis. Sanchez expressed his gratitude towards first responders and hospital staff, stating, “Right now, I am just focused on my recovery,” and thanking his surgeon for saving his life. Sanchez was in Indianapolis to cover a Colts game when the altercation occurred with 69-year-old truck driver Perry Tole in a downtown alley. Initially facing three misdemeanor charges, including battery with injury, Sanchez was arrested at a hospital where he was being treated for stab wounds.
