The study, published in The Journal of Nutritional Physiology, discovered that a high-fat milkshake can impact the brain’s blood vessel constriction almost immediately after consumption. In the study, two groups of men were administered a high-fat milkshake, consisting of 1,362 calories, 48 grams of carbohydrates, and nine and a half grams of protein.
