The couple renewed their vows on August 2, and Brooklyn described the experience as beautiful and a cute memory. In 2024, Brooklyn launched Cloud23, his hot sauce brand, crediting Nicola for suggesting a career in the food industry. One drunken night led to experimenting with hot sauce recipes, resulting in the creation of the Sweet Jalapeño flavor. Brooklyn’s passion for spicy food and high-quality ingredients drove him to establish a brand that reflected his taste preferences.

Brooklyn showcased his hot sauces, Hot Habanero, and Sweet Jalapeño, during his Airbnb Originals Experience, where guests enjoyed a spicy pickle martini infused with his hot sauce. He highlighted his love for hosting and cooking, with spaghetti bolognese being his go-to dish for guests, characterized by a unique cooking process including marinating for hours and adding red wine.

Adding to the ambiance, Brooklyn emphasized the importance of candles, good music, and lighting when hosting. For him, creating an inviting atmosphere with dim lighting and fragrant candles enhances the overall experience.
