The original Dubai chocolate bars took social media by storm in 2024, becoming a sensation on platforms like TikTok. Originating from Fix Dessert Chocolatier in Dubai, these bars are renowned for their rich flavours, filled with pistachios and knafeh, an indulgent Middle Eastern dessert crafted from phyllo pastry strands.
In response to this craze, IHOP has introduced its own unique twist on the Dubai chocolate trend with the creation of two delectable pancake variations. The Luxe Dubai Chocolate Pancake, valued at over $100, boasts a luxurious combination of handmade Madagascar vanilla whipped cream, a whole Dubai chocolate bar, edible 24K gold flakes, and gold glitter sprinkled atop Dubai Chocolate-flavoured buttermilk pancakes.
