Julianne Hough has always credited water as the foundation of her beauty and wellness routine. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the ‘Dancing with the Stars’ host shared that staying hydrated and nourishing her body from within is key to her overall well-being.

Hough recently joined forces with Icelandic Glacial water as their first-ever celebrity partner for the “You Are What You Drink, Be Exceptional” campaign. Embracing the mantra of “be exceptional” in her daily life, Hough explained that being exceptional doesn’t mean being perfect but rather giving your best every day, even if it’s just 60 percent.

The dancer and actress highlighted the importance of finding moments of exceptionality in everyday life, such as starting the day without checking her phone and prioritizing water intake over coffee in the morning. She shared that creating memorable experiences for her loved ones brings her a sense of exceptionalism.
In terms of her daily water intake, Hough admitted to going through phases, from using motivational water bottles to now preferring the simplicity of carrying a glass Icelandic water bottle with her. Despite her busy schedule, which includes her dance and fitness platform KINRGY and co-hosting Dancing with the Stars, Hough finds joy in immersing herself in various projects.
Looking ahead, Hough is excited about her upcoming role in Maggie Gyllenhaal’s film “The Bride” in 2026, marking her return to the big screen after a hiatus. Regardless of her career ventures, her ultimate goal remains constant – to provide a space for people to connect with their authentic selves.
As Hough continues to inspire with her wellness journey, her partnership with Icelandic Glacial water serves as a testament to the transformative power of staying true to oneself and prioritizing self-care. Stay tuned for more updates on Julianne Hough’s wellness pursuits and upcoming projects.
