According to Goodson, Texas grapples with a significant issue of pet overpopulation, leading to the euthanization of approximately 80,000 pets annually, particularly in areas like Houston. The overcrowding in shelters and the lack of resources for strays underscore the critical need for initiatives like the ‘Mutternity Suites’ established by Three Little Pitties Rescue.

The collaboration with Tito’s Vodka’s Vodka for Dog People program proved instrumental in supporting Three Little Pitties Rescue’s mission. Through a generous donation, the rescue was able to refurbish their sheds into nurturing spaces where pregnant dogs could receive the care and comfort they deserve during such a vulnerable time.

The makeover included creating serene and secure environments within the sheds, providing mother dogs with a peaceful setting to deliver and nurse their puppies.
