Jesse Plemons has been selected to play the character of Plutarch Heavensbee in the movie adaptation of the Hunger Games prequel novel, “Sunrise on the Reaping”. This character was previously portrayed by the late Philip Seymour Hoffman in the films “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” and “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay”. Plemons, 37, shares a unique connection with Hoffman as he had played his son in a previous movie.
