23-Year-Old Texas Man Sentenced to 40 Years in Prison After Footage Showed Him Abusing and Killing Cats at Animal Shelter

A 23-year-old man from Texas has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for his cruel and barbaric actions towards cats at an animal shelter.
