As the anticipation builds for the 66th edition of the Oscars Governors Ball, Wolfgang Puck expressed his excitement, stating, “We have a great menu, and we know everybody’s really hungry.” Known for his innovative yet traditional dishes, Puck ensures a culinary experience that caters to every craving. From the famous chicken pot pie that even garnered praise from Barbra Streisand to the beloved cacio e pepe macaroni and cheese, guests are in for a treat.

Puck’s attention to detail extends to the desserts, including the delectable chocolate Oscars that guests can customise at the gold spraying station. The menu also features assorted cookies, barks, bonbons, apple strudel, and made-to-order ice cream sundaes. A new addition, the piña colada éclair, shaped like the Oscar silhouette, promises to delight guests’ taste buds. Savoury options like potato pave with steak tartare and wild mushroom and pea shumai showcase the culinary expertise of Puck’s team.

Complementing the exquisite menu are an array of premium beverage options. Champagne from Lallier, cocktails from Tequila Don Julio, wines from Clarendelle and Domaine Clarence Dillon, and Dassai sake from Asahi Shuzo will be served. Each beverage is carefully selected to enhance the celebratory atmosphere of the Governors Ball. Tequila Don Julio’s mixologist, Charles Joly, will present a variety of cocktails, including the Golden Age Gimlet and The Class Act, adding to the festive spirit of the evening.
For the third consecutive year, Clarendelle and Domaine Clarence Dillon serve as the official wine partners, offering a selection of reds, whites, and an amber wine. The partnership underscores the deep connection between the art of winemaking and the world of cinema. Prince Robert of Luxembourg, the company’s president and CEO, expressed his honour in being a part of the prestigious event, highlighting the family’s commitment to film and the arts.
As the stars prepare to converge at the 2025 Oscars Governors Ball, the anticipation for a night of culinary delights and exquisite beverages is palpable. The combination of Wolfgang Puck’s signature dishes and premium drink selections sets the stage for an unforgettable post-Oscars celebration. Guests can expect a blend of tradition and innovation in every bite and sip, making this year’s Governors Ball a true feast for the senses.
