A healthcare worker in Georgia has been arrested after allegedly posting videos on TikTok that showed her twerking on the head of a person with disabilities. Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, a 19-year-old from Loganville, was captured in the videos wearing blue scrubs while dancing suggestively on top of a male patient who was seated in a chair. The Loganville Police Chief, M.D. Lowry, confirmed that Koiyan is facing one felony count of exploitation of a disabled person in relation to the incident.

Following the circulation of the videos on TikTok, the Loganville police were alerted to the situation on January 23rd. Subsequently, a search warrant was executed, leading to Koiyan’s arrest on January 28th. She was then booked into the Walton County Jail but was later released on bond, as confirmed by the Walton County Sheriff’s office. Information regarding her legal representation and bail amount was not immediately disclosed.
Another distressing video from the same TikTok account depicted a person believed to be Koiyan twerking on the head of another male patient in a bathtub, even going as far as placing something in his mouth. In response to the backlash and accusations of sexual assault, a woman associated with the account defended the actions in a follow-up post, stating that the patient in question was verbal and urging viewers to refrain from making assumptions.
